Terms of Service

These terms cover a website build and monthly plan from Webpilr LLC ("Webpilr", "we"), a web studio in Cincinnati, Ohio. By paying for a build, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@webpilr.com.

The build

A standard build is a flat $1,500, paid before work starts. It includes:

• A one-page site, plus up to 5 service pages where they help you get found
• An inquiry form that sends each new inquiry to your phone
• Your domain connected, and an address at it forwarding to the inbox you already use
• A working preview, then up to 2 rounds of changes before launch

Anything beyond the standard sections is a Premium build, quoted separately in writing before any work or payment.

Timeline

You get a working preview within 5 business days of finishing the questionnaire. If we miss that, your first month's plan is free. The clock starts when the questionnaire is complete, and it pauses while we wait on something only you can provide, like photos or prices.

Refunds

Changed your mind? You get a full refund of the build fee any time before your build starts. Your build starts when we begin building from your finished questionnaire, and we'll tell you by email when it does. After that, the build fee isn't refundable.

Monthly plans

Your monthly plan starts on launch day, not before. It covers hosting, security, updates, the inquiry notifications, and a set number of change requests:

• Standard, $45/month: 2 change requests a month, done within 5 business days
• Priority, $90/month: 5 change requests a month, front of the queue, done within 2 business days

Extra requests beyond your plan are $35 each. A new page after launch counts as 1 request. Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel any time by email, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.

Domains and email

Domain management is $25 a year, plus the registration cost with no markup. The domain is registered to you. We set up an address at your domain that forwards to your existing inbox. We don't provide or support full mailboxes; if you want one, we'll connect Google Workspace or Zoho, and that account is yours.

Your content

You own the words, photos, logos, and other material you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You own the inquiries your site collects; they're kept in an account set up in your name. We may show your site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

Leaving

If you cancel, you get a working copy of your site, with the inquiry form still working, within 5 business days of asking. Your domain and your inquiry account stay yours.

What we don't promise

We build sites to load fast and to be found in local search, but we can't guarantee search rankings, inquiry volume, or bookings. We work to keep your site online, but outages at hosting or other providers can happen. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and email current clients before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
